GENERAL REFUND CONDITIONS – LOGOPARC

These General Refund Conditions (GRC) define the terms and conditions under which Logoparc grants a refund to its users in case of subscription cancellation.

1. General refund principle

Logoparc applies a pro-rata refund for any annual subscription with a duration of twelve (12) months. The refundable amount corresponds exclusively to the remaining unused days from the effective cancellation date.

2. Calculation method

The refundable amount is determined after deducting the period already consumed. The remaining gross amount is then subject to a fee deduction.

3. Applicable fees (9%)

A total deduction of nine percent (9%) is applied to the remaining amount, distributed as follows:

• 3% retro-billing fees
• 3% associated banking fees
• 3% administrative costs

4. Cancellation procedure

Upon cancellation, the user is required to provide the required information and expressly accept these refund conditions. Any incomplete or unvalidated request cannot be processed.

5. Refund processing time

The refund processing time is a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours from the validation of the cancellation. Due to factors beyond Logoparc's control, including the customer's country of residence, the payment method used, banking delays and those of payment providers, the effective processing time may be extended.

6. Refund method

Except in exceptional cases, the refund is automatically processed via the same payment method used during the initial subscription. Any exceptional request to modify the refund method must be explicitly submitted by the user through Logoparc's official communication channels, including by email or support ticket system.

7. Right to contest

After receiving the refund, the customer retains the right to contest the amount received if they believe it does not correspond to the amount owed to them, in accordance with these conditions.

8. Acceptance of conditions

Any refund request implies full and complete acceptance of these General Refund Conditions.
