It enables companies, institutions, and brands to rely on a single official logo, always compliant with their brand guidelines, accessible at any time and shared in a controlled manner with partners and service providers.
Right now, your logo is sitting on dozens of computers you don't control, in versions you're not aware of. Generic cloud tools don't guarantee version accuracy, don't enforce usage conditions, and don't structure distribution. LogoParc, on the other hand, centralizes only validated official logos, requires users to accept your usage terms before downloading, and ensures every distribution complies with your brand guidelines. LogoParc is not a generalist cloud platform — it's a structured, trusted asset registry.
No — and this is an important distinction. LogoParc does not offer trademark registration, copyright protection, IP enforcement, or any form of legal defense. Responsibility for legal protection of your logo remains exclusively with its owner. LogoParc provides a technical and organizational response to distribution governance — which is complementary to legal protection, but entirely separate.
LogoParc is built for any organization whose logo circulates outside its walls — which, in practice, means every active organization. This includes businesses of all sizes and sectors, public institutions and international organizations, national and multinational brands, communication agencies, and event management companies. As soon as your logo is shared with a vendor, partner, or team member, LogoParc becomes relevant.
In four simple steps. Create your account and confirm your registration via email. Select the plan that fits your needs. Upload your logo and fill in your organization's details (name, industry, usage guidelines, etc.). Once validated, your logo has an official address — ready to share with your partners and vendors. The entire process takes under 5 minutes. If you prefer assisted onboarding, our team can set up your account and send you your login credentials directly.
Yes. Anyone wishing to download a logo hosted on LogoParc can do so for free — after accepting the usage terms set by the logo owner. Free downloads are a founding principle of LogoParc: what matters is not restricting access, but governing the conditions under which access is granted.
It's straightforward. They search for your logo on LogoParc or go directly to the official link you share with them. They create a free account or sign in if they already have one. They accept your usage terms. They download the official version. No more sending files by email or messaging apps — your LogoParc address is the only reference they'll ever need.
Yes. Premium and Platinum Brand subscribers can activate the Brand Access Key — an optional access control mechanism that requires anyone downloading your logo to enter a code you distribute yourself through your own channels (email, WhatsApp, agency brief). If no active key exists, downloads are blocked. LogoParc never shares the key on your behalf — you retain full control over who accesses your logo and when.
From your dashboard, within each hosted logo's management panel, you generate a Brand Access Key by selecting a validity period from four options: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year. The key is alphanumeric in the format LP-XXXX-XXXX and activates immediately upon generation. You can revoke it at any time with immediate effect, and generate a new one at will. Only one key can be active per logo at a time. Entering the Brand Access Key does not exempt the user from accepting your usage terms — both mechanisms apply cumulatively. This feature is available exclusively on the Premium and Platinum Brand plans.
Yes. When uploading your logo, you define your own usage guidelines: authorized formats, prohibitions, clearance zones, color rules, and any restrictions from your brand standards. Every user must accept these guidelines before accessing the file. This transforms a recommendation into a commitment — and shifts responsibility for any non-compliant use onto the downloader.
With LogoParc, you can save and centralize your official logos in a single trusted repository, guarantee brand compliance on every download, share your official logo address via a single link, automatically extract your official colors using AI, access the Color Palette tool, display your official website on your logo page, browse the logo directory organized by industry, and unlock the Verified Badge as a Premium subscriber.
The Verified Badge is a visual distinction available exclusively to Premium plan subscribers. It publicly certifies that the displayed logo is official, compliant, and actively governed by its owner. It serves as an immediate trust signal — perceived by your partners, clients, and vendors as a mark of organizational maturity and brand discipline. The Verified Badge is included in the Premium plan at no additional cost.
Yes. The Free plan is available indefinitely, with a limit of 10 downloads per month. It provides access to the logo directory and select basic features. It does not include storage space, so you cannot host your own logo under this plan.
LogoParc starts at €9 / 5,900 FCFA per year. Four plans are available: — Free Plan: no storage, up to 10 downloads per month, directory access. — Starter Plan: €9 / 5,900 FCFA per year — 1 hosted logo, unlimited downloads. — Standard Plan: €15 / 9,900 FCFA per year — 2 hosted logos, unlimited downloads. — Premium Plan: €49 / 29,500 FCFA per year — 3 hosted logos, unlimited downloads, advanced tools, Verified Badge included. All plans are billed annually. No monthly billing. No hidden fees.

No. LogoParc complements your agency's work — it makes it easier. With an official address for your logo, your agency accesses the correct file directly without reaching out to you for each project. This reduces friction, eliminates version errors, and accelerates production timelines.
Yes. From your account dashboard, open the Subscription Management menu, click Upgrade Plan, select your new plan, and complete payment. The upgrade takes effect immediately and is charged on a pro-rata basis for the remaining time on your current subscription — you only pay for what you actually use. Downgrading to a lower plan is not available mid-subscription.
From your account dashboard, open the Subscription Management menu, click Cancel Subscription, and confirm. Your subscription is canceled and your hosted logos are deactivated at the end of the current billing period.
All LogoParc subscriptions are billed annually in a single upfront payment. No recurring monthly charges, no hidden fees. At the end of your subscription period, you renew directly from your dashboard to maintain access to your features and hosted logos. Pricing is fully transparent and entirely in your control.
