Businesses may submit their logos for hosting on LogoParc. By submitting a logo, you confirm that you hold all necessary legal rights and consent to its hosting on our platform. You must ensure that:

• You are the legal owner of the logos.
• The logos do not contain violent or pornographic content.
• Each logo file does not exceed 4MB in size.
• Logos preferably have a square format.

2.2. Logo Download by Individuals

Individuals may download logos hosted on LogoParc for personal or non-commercial professional purposes only. Any commercial or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1. Rights to Submitted Logos

Businesses retain full intellectual property rights to the logos they submit. LogoParc does not acquire any ownership rights over these logos.

3.2. Use of Logos by LogoParc

By submitting a logo, businesses grant LogoParc a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that logo on the platform. This license remains valid only for the duration of hosting.

3.3. Rights to Downloaded Logos

Logos downloaded from the platform remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. LogoParc does not acquire any ownership rights over downloaded logos.

4. User Content

4.1. User Responsibility

Businesses and individuals are solely responsible for all content they upload or download, including logos. You warrant that you have all necessary rights and that your content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

4.2. Content Removal

LogoParc reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Compliance with Brand Guidelines and Logo Usage Rules

By using logos hosted on LogoParc, you agree to comply with the brand guidelines and usage directives defined by logo owners. Any unauthorized modification or misuse of logos is strictly prohibited and may result in sanctions, including suspension of your access to the platform.

6. Consent to Receive Marketing Offers and Use of Information for Marketing Purposes

6.1. Consent to Receive Marketing Communications

By using LogoParc's Free Plan, you consent to receive marketing communications and promotional offers from LogoParc and its partners. These may include special offers, product updates, newsletters, and other relevant information. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the opt-out instructions included in each message.

6.2. Use of Information for Marketing Purposes

By subscribing to the Free Plan, you authorize LogoParc to collect and use your personal information — including but not limited to your name, email address, and usage preferences — for marketing purposes. This information may be used to:

LogoParc operates exclusively as a technical platform for the backup, centralization, and management of visual brand assets (logos and graphical variations).

The platform does NOT provide the following services:

• Legal protection, registration, or filing.
• Intellectual property rights defense or enforcement.
• Legal deposit services.

Key Responsibilities of Asset Owners: The legal protection of logos—including trademark registration, copyright enforcement, and actions against infringement or misuse—remains solely the responsibility of their rightful owners.

Disclaimer of Platform Authority: LogoParc does not:

• Verify the existence or validity of intellectual property rights.
• Function as a certification authority.
• Serve as a legal registration body.
