LogoParc Terms and Conditions of Use

Introduction

Welcome to LogoParc. By using our logo hosting service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this service. 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LogoParc's services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately stop using LogoParc's services. 

2. Use of the Service

2.1. Logo Submission by Companies

Companies can submit their logos for hosting on LogoParc. By submitting a logo, you warrant that you hold all necessary legal rights and consent to it being hosted on our site. You must ensure that:

• You are the legal owner of the logos.
• The logos do not contain violent or pornographic content.
• The size of the logos does not exceed 4MB.
• Logos preferably have a square shape. 

2.2. Downloading Logos by Individuals

Individuals may download the logos hosted on LogoParc for personal or professional non-commercial purposes only. Any commercial or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. 

3. Proprietary Rights Intellectual Property

3.1. Rights to Submitted Logos

Companies retain all intellectual property rights to the logos they submit. LogoParc does not acquire any intellectual property rights on these logos. 

3.2. Use of Logos by LogoParc

By submitting a logo, companies grant LogoParc a non-exclusive license to host, display and distribute this logo on the site. This license is limited to the duration during which the logo is hosted on the site. 

3.3. Rights to Uploaded Logos

The uploaded logos remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. LogoParc does not acquire any property rights on downloaded logos. 

4. User Content

4.1. Responsibility User's Policy

Companies and individuals are responsible for any content they submit or upload, including logos. You warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit or upload the content and that it complies with the law and respects the rights of third parties. 

4.2. Content Removal

LogoParc reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms and conditions or applicable laws. 

5. Compliance with the Graphic Charter and Logo Usage Guidelines

By using the logos hosted on LogoParc, you agree to respect the graphic charters and usage guidelines defined by the owners of the logos. Any unauthorized modification or incorrect use of the logos is strictly prohibited and may result in sanctions, including the removal of your access to the platform. 

6. Consent to Receive Advertising Offers and Use of Information for Marketing Purposes

6.1. Consent to Receiving Advertising Offers

By using LogoParc's free plan, you agree to receive marketing communications and promotional offers from LogoParc and its partners. These communications may include special offers, product updates, newsletters, and other relevant information. You may opt out of receiving these communications at at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each message. 

6.2. Use of Information Marketing Purposes

By signing up for LogoParc's free plan, you agree to LogoParc collecting and using your personal information, including but not limited to your name, email address, and usage preferences, for marketing purposes. This information may be used to:

• Personalize the offers and communications you receive.
